About HiveFlow
HiveFlow is a visual AI agent orchestrator — a drag-and-drop canvas for designing, running and monitoring AI workflows. We're a small team shipping fast across web, desktop, mobile and browser extension, and we're now bringing HiveFlow to teams that want to automate real work with AI.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate and close B2B deals.
- Run product demos that show real workflows on the canvas — you'll know HiveFlow deeply enough to build a flow live.
- Build and manage your pipeline, working directly with founders on pricing, packaging and go-to-market.
- Turn customer feedback into product signal — you're the voice of the market inside the team.
What we're looking for
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally with SaaS or developer/automation tools.
- Comfortable running the whole cycle solo in an early-stage, high-ownership environment.
- Technically curious — you can speak credibly about AI, agents and automation to both business and technical buyers.
- Excellent communication in Spanish and English — our team and customers are bilingual.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into LATAM and US markets.
- Background with CRM, outbound tooling and building a sales motion from scratch.
- Familiarity with LLMs, agents or workflow automation.
